These terms govern use of Elphie by businesses. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your organization.
Your content and data
You keep ownership of the logos, photos, fonts, facts and other material you upload. You confirm you have the rights to use them, including font licenses and permission to use testimonials and photographs of people.
Generated output
Designs, captions and emails are drafts you review. You are responsible for what you publish or send, including the accuracy of offers, prices and claims.
Outreach
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law for commercial email, including honoring opt-outs and including accurate sender identification and a postal address.
Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Credits are consumed according to the quote you approve. Purchased credits do not expire while your account is open; allowance credits expire at each billing date.
Availability
Third-party integrations (for example social networks, email providers and data sources) depend on those providers and may change or become unavailable.
