We process account data (name, email), workspace content you upload, business information you provide or approve from your website, and billing identifiers from our payment processor.

Connected mailboxes

If you connect Gmail, we request only the scopes shown on the consent screen. By default we read message headers to detect replies and keep threads together. Message bodies are processed only if you choose the reply-preview option, and are not used to train models or for advertising.

Prospect data

Business and contact details come from licensed providers or files you import with a confirmed lawful basis. Each record keeps its source, observation time and retention limits. People who opt out are added to a suppression list that we keep, in hashed form, to honor their request.

AI processing

When AI features are enabled, relevant content is sent to our AI providers under agreements that prohibit them from training on it. Website text, emails and documents are treated as data, never as instructions.

Your choices

You can export or delete workspace data, disconnect integrations at any time, and contact us to exercise privacy rights available where you live.
