• No deceptive content: no fabricated reviews, testimonials, credentials, prices, discounts or availability.
• No unsolicited bulk email. Outreach must be relevant, personal and business-to-business, with accurate sender identification, a working opt-out and a postal address.
• Connected consumer mailboxes (such as Gmail) may not be used to send unsolicited first-contact commercial email.
• No scraping of sites that prohibit it, and no attempts to bypass robots rules, logins or rate limits.
• No content that infringes intellectual property, including unlicensed fonts, logos or photos.
• No targeting or ranking of people by protected characteristics, and no use of personal financial, health or demographic data for prospecting.
• No attempts to access other workspaces' data or to interfere with the service.

We may pause automation or accounts that violate this policy.
